Joe Russell

Joe is an information technology and cybersecurity leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning corporate, small- and medium-sized businesses, and non-profit organizations across the San Francisco Bay Area. Before joining Galvanize, Joe served as Chief Information Security Officer for a national political campaign and oversaw technology strategy and infrastructure across multiple mission-driven organizations. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Technology Officer at JMA Ventures and co-founder of Rocket Science Consulting. Joe is a CISSP and lives in Berkeley with his wife and son.
