Evi Steyer

Evi has a background in regenerative agriculture and sustainable finance. Prior to co-founding Ponderosa, she was an investor with Astanor Ventures, the largest food and agriculture venture fund globally. She began her investment career at Generation Investment Management, an asset manager proving the business case for integrating sustainability metrics into financial analysis. While earning her B.A. at Yale University, she conducted research on regional abattoir infrastructure as an enabler of regenerative meat production. She also serves on the Advisory Boards of the Oxford Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment and the Sustainable Food Trust.
