Chris Fadeff

Chris leads compliance across all Galvanize strategies and assists with key operational initiatives firmwide. Before joining Galvanize, he served as Vice President of Fahr LLC and held senior roles in compliance, legal, and operations at a large family office and other mission-driven organizations focused on energy, climate, and social impact. His work has centered on helping organizations scale effectively. Chris is a Truman National Security Project Partner and serves on the national board of New Leaders Council.
